1General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the 786be platform (786be.ws) and applies to all users. By accessing 786be or creating an account, you are deemed to have accepted all of these Terms & Conditions.

786be is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting platform. We provide Sports Betting, live betting, and related services to users in Bangladesh and around the world.

Although these Terms & Conditions are written in Bengali, the authoritative legal version is in English. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall prevail.

2Account Registration & Verification

To register on 786be, you must provide accurate and complete information. 786be reserves the right to terminate any account created with false or misleading details.

• Only one account per person is permitted.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• Accounts may not be shared with or transferred to another person.

3Age & Eligibility

4Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

786be supports all major payment methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳200 BDT.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
• Payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made.

786be is committed to preventing money laundering. Any suspicious transaction will be suspended pending verification and, if necessary, reported to the relevant authorities.

5Betting Rules & Conditions

Please read and understand the following rules carefully before placing any bets on 786be. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it is binding and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 786be reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, all related bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
• Both Single and Accumulator/Parlay bets are accepted.
• Odds in live betting can change rapidly. If odds shift at the time of confirmation, you will need to accept the updated odds.
• Maximum bet amounts may vary depending on the event and market.

6Bonus & Promotion Terms

786be regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page.

• The welcome bonus is available to first-time registered users only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — specific wagering requirements must be met first.
• A wagering requirement of 5x to 10x the bonus amount typically applies (varies by offer).
• Bonuses come with an expiry date — any bonus not used before the deadline will be automatically forfeited.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same IP address or device is strictly prohibited.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 786be. Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent claiming of bonuses.
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.
• Money laundering or channelling illegal funds.
• Using or attempting to access another person's account without authorisation.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Spreading false or misleading information about 786be.

8Account Closure & Suspension

786be may suspend or permanently close an account at any time for any of the following reasons.

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false information.
• Failure or refusal to complete KYC verification.
• Suspicious transactions or indications of fraud.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

You may close your account at any time. Any remaining balance will be refunded to you, provided KYC verification has been completed.

9Liability Limits

786be strives to deliver the highest quality service, but is not liable for the following.

• Bets missed due to internet disconnection.
• Issues arising from technical faults on the part of third-party providers.
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or similar circumstances.
• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence or password theft.
• Financial losses from betting are entirely at the user's own risk.

Betting is a risky activity. Never wager more than you can afford to lose. 786be does not guarantee any winnings.

10Terms Amendment Policy

786be may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of changes via email or a notice on the platform.

• For significant changes, at least 7 days' notice will be given in advance.
• Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may close your account.
